Mayrx Recovery provides an array of substance abuse treatment services. During your treatment time with us, you may engage in some or all of the following services.
Initial Pre-Screening
Every client’s treatment time with Mayrx Recovery starts with an initial pre-screening. The purpose of the pre-screen is to ensure that the potential client contacting us is seeking appropriate services. We will provide referrals at this time if the caller needs a different level of care or if they are seeking treatment treatment out of scope. The client will then be provided with information regarding insurance coverage and, if necessary, financial aid options.
Intake and Orientation Services
Upon completing the pre-screen, and if appropriate for treatment services, the client will begin the intake process before any clinical services. The intake includes a medical and psychiatric assessment, clinical assessment, and review of consents. It also involves a urine drug screen, breathalyzer, lab work, treatment plan, and orientation to the recommended program.

Intensive Outpatient Program - SAIOP

SAIOP offers a structured, intensive treatment environment without requiring hospitalization, making it an ideal solution for those at risk of relapse or in need of more personalized attention than a standard outpatient program can provide.
This level of treatment consists of a minimum of 9 hours per week of clinical and therapeutic services and may be extended to include up to 12 hours per week.
Outpatient Therapeutic Services - SACOT
(ASAM Level 1)
Our Substance Abuse Comprehensive Outpatient Treatment (SACOT) program is designed for individuals who need long-term, ongoing support to overcome substance use disorders. SACOT provides a highly structured outpatient environment, with the flexibility to maintain daily responsibilities while participating in an intensive recovery program.
This level of treatment consists of a minimum of 3 hours of group therapy per week.

Length of Stay
Your treatment length is determined by multiple factors, primarily our medical and clinical assessment, where recommendations are made based on observed needs. We also consider client preferences, as this is a voluntary, consent-based treatment setting.
Additional Requirements
Sober Living Environment: Patients must reside in a sober living situation to ensure they are monitored, supported, and able to maintain sobriety while undergoing treatment. This environment helps reinforce their commitment to recovery and provides necessary supervision and support.
