About Us
We are a comprehensive substance abuse treatment facility for those who seek recovery from substance use disorders and co-occurring mental and physical health disorders. It is our standard to provide you with a safe, secure, and supportive environment. We offer an array of therapeutic services that will assist you with the knowledge and skills needed in working towards achieving your desired treatment outcomes.
Our Mission
Mayrx is committed to providing the highest standard of excellence, utilizing gold standard treatments, in the medical and therapeutic approach to improving the lives of people affected by substance use and/or mental health disorders. We recognize that it isn’t only the individual, but often the family and loved ones that are impacted, and we encourage our patients’ support system to engage with our treatment team (with our patient’s permission of course).
Our Vision
Because Mayrx’s vision, when established, was through the lens of our owners and founders, both board certified Addiction Medicine Physicians, and experts in the field, we have a unique perspective that is health centered, non judgmental and harm reduction based. And because Mayrx is not a large hospital owned facility, and because Mayrx doesn’t need to answer to shareholders, we are able to maintain a small business approach and have the agility to attend to the dynamic changes our patients experience rather than focus only on profit margins. We are able to look ahead, while optimizing our care in the present. Our vision is to see the struggles of mental health and substance use disorders, through the eyes of our patients who are living it and not only provide the level of care we would want if it was us, but exceed that and demonstrate to our patients that the door to recovery is open to a lifetime of fulfilment.
Our Commitment To Cultural Competence
Mayrx Recovery strives to be sensitive to and value the diversity of: cultural beliefs, perceptions, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, languages, and religious or spiritual practices of clients-served as well as those belonging to families and employees. We aim to continue to recognize the influence and importance of culture on the effectiveness of services provided. We are always seeking ways to improve and would love to receive feedback on how well we are living up to our commitment.
Our Commitment To Safety
Mayrx Recovery works to provide a physically and emotionally safe environment for clients served, the families of client’s served, as well as for our employees.

Our Philosophy
Mayrx focuses on treating substance and mental health disorders. Addiction is a chronic disease that, if left unmanaged, can severely disrupt an individual’s life, negatively impacting brain structure, mental and physical health, and social functioning. While treatable, substance use disorders remain a leading cause of death among people ages 18-45. Our philosophy is to take a holistic approach to treatment to save and improve lives.
We believe that with proper care, individuals with substance and mental health disorders can lead fulfilling lives. Our highly skilled and specialized team develops person-centered treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs and appropriate level of care. We are committed to serving patients who will benefit from our services and providing referrals for individuals whose needs are beyond our scope.
